Exchange Server 2007 management tools can also be installed on a 32-bit computer running Windows Server 2003 SP1 (Standard or Enterprise Editions), Windows Server 2003 R2 (Standard or Enterprise Editions), or Windows XP SP2 Minimum 2GB of RAM per server Minimum of 1.2GB on the hard disk where you install Exchange Server 2007 (Note: Additional 500 MB of available hard disk space per language if installing language packs for Unified Messaging beyond those included in the default installation) 200MB available disk space on the system drive
Disk partitions must be formatted for the NTFS file system, not the file allocation table (FAT) file system

If these required software prerequisites are not already installed, the Exchange Server 2007 setup process will prompt and provide links to the installation location. Internet access will be required if the prerequisites are not already installed or available on a local network.
