Connect 2008: Virtualize, Optimize Virtual Trade Show Drawing

Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Connect 2008: Virtualize, Optimize Virtual Trade Show Drawing, you must complete the online registration form and attend the live show on April 10, 2008. There will be three drawings held during the live show on April 10, 2008 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. EST and 4:00 p.m. EST. You must be in attendance when the names of the winners are announced in order to qualify.

2. HOW TO ENTER. Enter the Connect 2008: Virtualize, Optimize Virtual Trade Show Drawing by completing the online registration form located at biz.pcconnection.com/govirtual. Limit one entry per E-mail address. PC Connection will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries. Incomplete, non-conforming or illegible entries will be disqualified. Use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST. on April 9, 2008 to qualify for the drawing. All entries become the property of PC Connection.

3. PRIZES. The prize awarded for each of the drawings will be a Sony Playstation 3 Console ($433.40 value). No other coupons or rebates apply.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected by random drawing during the Connect 2008: Virtualize, Optimize Virtual Trade Show on April 10, 2008 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. EST and 4:00 p.m. EST. There will be three drawings held during the live show with one prize per drawing. Each qualified entry is eligible to win only once. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferable by winners, and no request by winners for substitution of product, or cash in lieu of the stated prizes, can be made. By submitting the entry you are acknowledging your eligibility under the contest rules. Winner's names will be announced during the show and they will be notified by E-mail. Winners must claim their Prize by replying to the notification E-mail by the end of the show at 4:00 p.m. EST on April 10, 2008, or the Prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the E-mail address submitted on the online registration form at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an E-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning E-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address. The prizes will be sent to those persons whose name and address appear on the winning online registration, consistent with these rules. Any Prize or Prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow PC Connection to use his/her name, city, state, image or voice in a promotional capacity without further consideration or compensation. Winners' names will be posted on PC Connection's Website at biz.pcconnection.com/govirtualwinners. Winners will be notified via E-mail by PC Connection personnel with further details regarding delivery of Prize.

5. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. RESTRICTIONS. Offer valid in the United States only, except NOT in Florida, New York, Rhode Island or United States territories. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees/Agents (and their respective family members) of any of the following organizations are ineligible to participate or win a prize: PC Connection Sales Corp. and its parent and affiliate corporations, Unisfair (virtual trade show provider), Sony Corp. (prize manufacturer), all show Sponsors, and each of their respective subsidiaries, parent organizations, affiliates, governors, officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, or service agencies [or independent contractors]. Offer void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.

7. COPIES. Copies of these rules are available to the public during regular business hours at PC Connection, 730 Milford Rd., Merrimack, NH 03054-4631.
