PC Connection, Inc. is a factory-authorized repair center for many major hardware brands. Our factory-trained, CompTIA certified technicians welcome warranty and non-warranty repairs regardless of where your hardware was purchased.

For your convenience, we strive to complete the repair and return your equipment within 48 hours of receiving it.

What to do first

All customers: You must call 1-888-213-0834 to obtain a Service Return Authorization (SRA) number prior to shipping your product for repair.

Repair Rates:

Labor, per hour: $65*
Labor, per half hour: $32.50
Estimates: $32.50

*After the first hour, labor is billed in half-hour increments

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs are completed and returned within 48 hours of receipt. An exception may occur if a particular part isn't available for immediate shipment from a manufacturer. We maintain our own parts inventory to help avoid such occurrences.


Do I need to send accessories such as cables, toner, cartridges, etc.?

If you're shipping a printer, please include ribbons, ink or toner cartridges, making sure they are properly sealed to avoid spills in transit. You don't need to send cables, disks, printer covers, or manuals.


What manufacturers' products are you factory-authorized to repair?

Acer
Desktops and notebooks.

Apple
All Macintosh desktop systems; notebooks must be sent to Apple.

Compaq
Desktops, servers and notebooks under warranty; notebooks with expired warranties must be sent to Compaq.

Fujitsu
All products except scanners.

Hewlett-Packard
Desktops, notebooks, and laser printers.

IBM
Desktops and notebooks and servers.

Sony
Notebooks.

Toshiba
Desktops and notebooks.
